目的

同步用户验收 MVP #8 后的 Project-Profile 长期状态，并拉取线上已更新的其他核心 Wiki 页面镜像。

验证

python dev_scripts/harness.py sync --check：通过
python dev_scripts/harness.py check --strict：通过
python -m unittest discover -s tests -v：48 项通过
git diff --check：通过

关联 #8。
