  • 增加 Bell 独立纵切 E2E：登录/RBAC、最小菜单、Event/Receipt 幂等、Rule/Alert、并发确认、关闭权限、时间线和冷重启。
  • 增加 Windows 构建、包审计、启动/停止/健康检查脚本与示例配置。

  • python dev_scripts/harness.py check --strict：通过
  • pwsh -NoProfile -File Bell/scripts/test-independent-e2e.ps1：通过
  • 最终提交后重新构建并审计 Windows 包：通过；source_commit=a35f1d6770d31541bbeb3f0ede7f566ce777eb08
  • Chromium 实际验证：GoAdmin 登录、外壳、Bell 菜单与告警页面可用

已知非阻塞告警

  • 前端构建仍有冻结上游 Sass API、dev-tools codemirror 和包体积告警，本工单不扩展处理。
