范围

增加 Sense 独立纵切验收说明与冻结 GoAdmin 兼容性检查
增加临时 PostgreSQL 17、Digest ONVIF/RTSP、独立 MediaMTX、Chrome GoAdmin 外壳和 Windows 冷启动回归
增加中文设备与区域夹具；所有运行凭据随机生成且不落库明文/日志

验证

powershell.exe -NoProfile -File Sense/tests/compatibility/run-static-regression.ps1：23 项通过
pwsh.exe -NoProfile -File Sense/tests/e2e/run-isolated-e2e.ps1：从当前源码重新打包后完整链路通过
go test ./...：通过
UI pnpm test:ci：18 suites / 48 tests 通过；lint 0 error（31 条既有 warning）
Windows 包测试：22 项通过；资产审计 11 项通过
python dev_scripts/harness.py check --strict：通过

边界

不修改产品实现、共享契约、Brain/Bell 或根 Wiki。客户现场真机、16 路长稳和跨项目链路仍留待对应验收。关联 #71；请勿在人工验收前合并或关闭工单。
