feat(android): 采集与采购详情页新增在拼多多中打开按钮 (#375)

- 编号为纯数字时显示描边按钮，忙时置灰并显示原因，随忙状态广播实时更新
- 点击经服务执行，结果 toast 不含链接与异常消息
