[待验收] 修复跨电脑交付缺少 ffprobe

状态：待验收。

实现：优先使用 cmsp.exe 同目录 ffprobe.exe，开发环境回退 PATH；启动界面和日志检查依赖，单商品及批量取视频开始前预检；build.bat 提示手动同目录交付。

验证：go test ./...、go vet…
