范围

将旧 Sense/Bell MVP 运行规则和排错资料明确收口为 explore 迁移参考
保持稳定业务规则，移除其作为新 main / dev 运行事实的歧义
同步全部已映射 Wiki 镜像

验证

Wiki 镜像全量同步：通过
DevHarness strict：通过
31 项 unittest：通过
git diff --check：通过

只合入 dev；不进入 main，等待用户审核。
