范围

按已确认顺序交付 Bell #9、#12、#17、#18、#19、#20：独立骨架、认证/RBAC、不可变事件、开发合成事件、规则匹配与 Event/Alert 关联、并发安全的 ack/close。

  • Go 全包测试及 PostgreSQL 集成测试通过
  • Vue lint/build 通过（仅 Element Plus vendor 体积警告）
  • python dev_scripts/check_harness.py --strict 通过
  • 仓库 31 项 unittest 通过
  • 关键 API 手工验收覆盖登录隔离、RBAC、事件幂等/冲突、合成事件环境隔离、规则匹配、并发 ack 与 close 幂等

工单在人工验收前保持开启。
