Two features:
1. SQL query action for agents via execute MCP tool — read-only,
   curated views, LIMIT/timeout, SELECT-only validation
2. Split read/write SQLite connection pools — writeDB (1 conn)
   + readDB (8 conns) to eliminate SQLITE_BUSY
